The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is one of the most anticipated phones this year. Ahead of its launch, the shape of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 was revealed through hands-on photos, as well as rumors of a launch date.
This hands-on photo was uploaded by YouTuber TechTalkTV via Twitter, which shows a phone that is thought to be the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in gray. The shape of the phone in the photos looks similar to the unofficial rendering that circulated last month.
One of the photos shows the Galaxy Z Flip 4 with the screen open with barely visible folds. But if you look closely at the center of the screen, there is a thin line showing the crease marks on the screen.
Samsung is rumored to be improving the appearance of the folds in its latest generation of folding screen phones. This is certainly good news for Galaxy Z Flip 3 fans who feel that the crease marks on the screen are still too obvious.
In addition, physically the Galaxy Z Flip 4 still has the exact same design as its predecessor. The exterior still uses a two-tone color scheme, two cameras and a second screen that is reportedly slightly larger in size.
Rumors claim that the hinge size of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be reduced by Samsung. But from the leaked photos, there is still a fairly large gap between the two halves of the screen when the phone is closed.
TechTalkTV sources predict that the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will come with a main camera and a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, as well as a 10 MP front camera. This folding screen phone will reportedly be equipped with a 3,700 mAh battery and 25W fast charging technology, as quoted from The Verge, Monday (13/6/2022).
Not only the original form, the launch date of the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 has also been revealed. Tipster Jon Prosser said the duo of folding screen phones will be introduced to the public on August 10, 2022 and go on sale two weeks later on August 26, 2022.
The Galaxy Z Flip 4 will be available in Graphite, Bora Purple, Pink Gold and Blue colors. While the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will have three color choices, namely Phantom Black, Green, and Beige.
