Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 May Use 1+2+2+3 Core Configuration

 


The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will most likely be officially launched in December this year. For those who use Android devices, this chip is highly anticipated as it will definitely be among the most powerful on the market. According to Digital Chat Station, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will eventually have a rather unique configuration.



It will use a 1+2+2+3 core configuration with 1X Cortex X2, 2X Cortex-A720, 2X Cortex-A7210 and 3X Cortex-A510. This is also matched with the Adreno 740 GPU. The chip will also be produced using 4nm technology such as the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 which was just launched a few weeks ago.
