TS Annuar Musa: If Not Many Companies Join 5G, Licenses Will Be Issued To New Companies

 TS Annuar Musa is ready to instruct MCMC to map the actual level of internet speed in Malaysia - and compare it with what is provided by telecommunication companies.

At the same time, he also stated that the government will move forward with the introduction of the 5G network. If the number of telcos participating in the introduction of 5G is insufficient, new licenses will be issued to new players.

TS Annuar Musa also said that he will not wait any longer for the introduction and focus on this 5G arena.

The government had previously set a date until June 30 for all to discuss and sign an agreement with the DNB for the introduction of the 5G network.
