Accused of Cheating on Sergey Brin's Wife, Elon Musk Sues WSJ?

Elon Musk has vehemently denied having an affair with the wife of Google founder Sergey Brin. Will he sue the Wall Street Journal for reporting the bad news?

The WSJ reported based on sources that Elon Musk and Brin's wife, Nicole Shahanan, had an affair in December 2021. This led Sergey to file for divorce from Nicole in early 2022.

Elon stated on Twitter that he had only met Nicole twice, with a lot of people around so there was no romantic relationship between them. He also showed a photo with Sergey Brin to prove their relationship was fine.

So, will Elon sue WSJ regarding the affair report? Apparently not, he chose to defend himself via Twitter.

"Lawsuits by public persons against news organizations in the United States are futile. Better to deny them on Twitter or ignore them, which I often do," Elon Musk wrote to the New York Post quoted by us.

"I've spoken to Sergey and Nicole about the article and they both insist that they don't speak to the WSJ, or allow anyone else to speak on their behalf," Musk added.

"What's more, I was with Sergey from Saturday night until yesterday afternoon with many other friends and the vibe is super positive," continued the world's richest person who owns Tesla.

The Wall Street Journal itself has given a brief statement that they believe the news of the affair between Elon Musk and Sergey Brin's wife is true.

"We are confident in our sources, and we support our reporting," said a WSJ spokesperson
