Fashion and technology are like stuffing with nails. The production of cotton processing machines on a large scale during the Industrial Evolution made the price of this fabric so cheap that it could be worn by most people. The technology is once again being adopted by luxury brand Balenciaga through a partnership with audio firm Bang & Olufsen.
They produced the Speaker Bag which is a stylish handbag with a built -in speaker. What makes the Speaker Bag unique is that it is made from a single block of aluminum which is then carved to produce this handbag.
One section has hundreds of holes for the audio lattice with the other section having space to place items lined with leather material. Near the handle area there is a touch to control the music and the peg of the bag to the smart device.
According to Balenciaga, the speaker battery can last up to 18 hours on a single charge. Speaker Bags are offered in black and silver with only 20 to be sold through Balenciaga boutiques in Paris but prices have not been announced.
