Nokia Wins Patent Infringement Case Against Oppo In Germany

 


Oppo has now lost in a patent infringement case sued by Nokia in Germany, which may have led to some Oppo and OnePlus devices barred from sale in that country.


According to a court in Germany, Oppo was found to be using a number of Nokia -patented technologies without a license. Nokia also says Oppo is pushing for the licensing terms it offered previously.


The patents involved in this suit case involve several 4G as well as 5G network technologies.


In addition to Germany, Nokia is ready to file lawsuits against Oppo in 11 countries.
