Plastic particles are also found in the meat, blood and milk of livestock

 We can no longer escape being contaminated with plastic apparently. Scientists from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam have also found micro plastic particles in the meat, blood and milk of livestock tested in the laboratory.

In the test, plastic particles were found in 100% of livestock feed samples, cattle and pig blood samples. While plastic is found in 72% of milk samples and 75% of meat samples. Although the tests are still in its early stages, the recorded results are still worrying because the long -term effects of plastics in the human body are still not fully known.

Before this plastic particles have been found in human blood and lungs for the first time. It is also found in the deepest seas as well as Antarctica. Because of this issue there is a movement to stop the use of disposable plastics globally.
