The Secret to Success of Jack Ma, Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos: Get Enough Sleep


 Jack Ma reveals one of the secrets of his success is getting enough sleep. Habits that are also practiced by the most successful people in the world like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos, besides of course working hard.

While still active and not yet restrained by the Chinese government, the Alibaba founder once said quality sleep is important in order to be able to do a good job and solve problems.


"If I don't sleep well, the problem will still be there. If I sleep, then I have a better chance of fighting the problem," said Ma as quoted by Yahoo Finance, Monday (4/7/2022).



The same suggestion was put forward by the founder of Amazon, Jeff Bezos, and the founder of Microsoft, Bill Gates. "I became more alert and could think more clearly. I feel much better throughout the day if I sleep for 8 hours," said Bezos in 1999.


Until now, Bezos was still doing the same thing. This bald-headed man always makes sure he gets 8 hours of sleep every night.


"Eight hours of sleep makes a huge difference to me and I'm trying really hard to make it a priority. For me, that's the time it takes to feel energized and happy," she says.


Getting enough sleep allowed Bezos to increase his productivity and make good decisions. Microsoft founder, Bill Gates, was also thought the same.


In the past, Bill was jealous of people who could get enough sleep for only 3 or 4 hours every night. But now he's changed his mind and admits he can't think creatively unless he's well rested.


"I used to work all night in the office, but it's been a long time since I slept well. I like to sleep 7 hours every night because that's what I need to keep my mind sharp and creative," said Bill. So both Jack Ma, Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos make sure they always get enough sleep.
