Beginning July 29, 2022, YouTube channels will no longer allow channels to hide subscriber numbers on their channels.
YouTube says the move is in the fight against spam accounts on the platform.
By displaying customer numbers on an account, it will allow users to be more confident-and avoid the presence of spam accounts that impersonate and so on.
In addition, YouTube also says users should not use channel names with strange letters in the name, in order to avoid spam.
