Apple Wallet is a built-in digital wallet that comes on the iPhone, allowing users to store credit, debit, and even a number of rewards cards on it. It is also the backbone of the Apple Pay service that has recently been launched in Malaysia.
Most recently, according to the development code for iPadOS 16.1 Beta found by 9to5Mac, it appears that Apple will allow the app to be easily deleted from the device. If it has been deleted, the user needs to download it back from the App Store before it can be used.
Although this feature is not official yet, it is speculated that this feature was added to ensure that Apple is not sued for dominating digital wallets on the iPhone.
