Late last night the Apple Pay service began to be offered in Malaysia with the support of major banks such as Maybank, Ambank and Standard Chartered. But there are also some major banks that have not yet supported it such as CIMB, Public Bank and UOB. In CIMB's case, CIMB's social media accounts have confirmed that at this time they do not provide Apple Pay support.
Not told whether it will be present or not in the near future. Other banks have also not given any official statement through social media sites to support Apple Pay. Interesting in the case of UOB as they support Apple Pay in other countries but not in Malaysia. For those who have a bank account that supports Apple Pay you can use the tutorial below to add a card to Apple Pay.
