1. Close and reopen Gmail
If you want to login to Gmail from an application on Android or iOS but have problems, the easiest first step you can do is to close and reopen the application. If you open it in a browser, try closing the browser, reopening it and accessing Gmail.
2. Make sure the internet connection is stable
This solution may seem simple, but it is very important. Make sure your mobile internet network or Wi-Fi is really stable when trying to login to Gmail. Because usually the Wi-Fi connection looks fast and full but it turns out the status is 'No connection'.
3. Change browser
If you're having trouble logging in to Gmail in your browser, either on your desktop or on your phone, try using a different browser. For example, if you can't login to Gmail on Google Chrome, try switching to another browser like Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Opera to open Gmail.
4. Check if Gmail is down
One possibility that Gmail cannot be accessed is because Google services are down. As was the case some time ago when Google services collapsed and made services such as Search and Gmail inaccessible.

5. Reset Gmail account

6. Clear cache

How to clear cache and cookies in Google Chrome browser is easy, that is, open the three-dot menu in the upper right corner > Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data > click 'cached images and files' > click Clear data to delete it.
As for the Gmail application on Android, how to open the Settings app > Apps & notifications > look for Gmail in the application list > Storage & cache > Clear cache.
7. Turn off extensions
If the problem with Gmail only appears in certain web browsers, it's possible that the issue is caused by an extension or plug-in that is conflicting with Gmail.
The fix is to turn off all extensions in the browser. For Google Chrome, open the three-dot menu in the upper right corner > Settings > click the hamburger menu and select Extensions > Turn off all extensions by clicking the blue toggle until it turns gray.
