The Lenovo Legion series of gaming laptops can be said to combine elegant design and high-performance internal components that allow it to be used not only by those who enjoy playing computer games, but also by those who work in professional creative industries.
Lenovo Malaysia has today started bringing in the Lenovo Legion 5 and Legion 5 Pro series of gaming laptops which are updated with the latest AMD and Intel processing chips and combined with NVIDIA's powerful graphics options.
Starting with the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro series, this series of laptops consists of the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro and the Lenovo Legion 5i Pro which come with a 16-inch screen display with a WQHD+ resolution (2960×1600) with a 240Hz refresh rate.
It also has a brightness value of 500nit and supports Dolby Vision display technology along with NVIDIA GSYNC for an unparalleled gaming and video viewing experience. With the support of DisplayHDR 400 technology, this display can also be used to watch HDR video content without problems.
These laptops are powered by a selection of AMD and Intel processing chips, including AMD Ryzen 7 6800H and Intel Core i7-12700H, 16GB of DDR5 memory and 1TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage depending on the model selected.
In terms of graphics card offerings, the Lenovo Legion 5 Pro is seen with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070Ti graphics card offering, while the Lenovo Legion 5 is seen with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 offering.
This laptop also comes with functions unique to Lenovo such as the Legion TrueStrike keyboard that comes with a comfortable key design, along with a unique lighting system and also the Legion ColdFront 4.0 cooling system that ensures that this gaming laptop remains operational at optimal level.
All Lenovo Legion 5 and 5i models along with the Pro model are also seen to come with support for WiFi 6E connectivity, and for the Lenovo Legion 5i model, it comes with support for Intel's latest Thunderbolt 4 connectivity.

From today until 31 August 2022, every purchase of Lenovo Legion 5 and 5i laptop series will receive Legion merchandise worth RM322, while every purchase of Lenovo Legion 5 Pro and 5i Pro laptops will receive Legion merchandise worth RM492. Purchases of both laptop series will also come with a three-month Microsoft PC Game Pass subscription.
