Telegram Wants To Start Adding Web3 Integration In A Few Weeks

Web3 is one of the hot terms used this year or two, focusing on the integration of blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFT and so on. Most recently, the Telegram messaging application is also not behind and wants to add support.

Through the latest sharing of Telegram CEO, Pavel Durov, he said that he is looking at ways to add some Web 3.0 integration in the coming weeks.

He also shared about TON (The Open Network) which was previously developed with Telegram, but was given to an independent developer after the SEC authorities discovered that Telegram was selling GRAM tokens.

TON is ready to sell some domain names with the .TON suffix and make some money. The CEO of Telegram said that Telegram should also be able to generate by selling a number of names with four letters or five letters, but the opportunity had to be missed.

For now, it is not known what initial support for Web3 will be integrated by Telegram soon.
