Snap, the company known for its social media app Snapchat, is now seen canceling plans for the web3 arena.
Through the partnership, Snap chose to restructure the company, and has already closed its web3 division, shedding all employees in that division.
With this move, we may not be able to see NFT integration functionality as well as use it as one of the AR filter effects on Snapchat – as previously announced.
Snap itself is now cautious about spending, and is structuring the company by discarding various things that do not lead to profit.
