Bruce Willis Sells Image Rights For Digital Character Use In Movies And Ads

Bruce Willis announced his retirement from acting last March due to aphasia. This results in the patient not wanting to understand conversation or writing. Although his acting career is over, Bruce Willis' face and image will continue to be used in the future after he sold the usage rights to the Deepcake firm.

Deepcake is a special effects firm that uses DeepFake technology. After this, Willis's face can be pasted onto another actor's face instead while his digital twin is used as a special effect in advertisements. Previously Willis only allowed his face to be used but now his digital twin can be used by clients who are interested in using him as an ambassador even though they are no longer physically able to do so.
