Instant 75% instant 25% and latest Elon Musk will fire 3700 Twitter employees in the near future according to a Bloomberg report. This was around 50% of the company's 7500 workforce before it was taken over by the world's richest man.
The first wave of workforce reductions will take place as early as tomorrow. Musk also reportedly withdrew permission to work from home with all staff asked to return to the office. Since the site was taken over, Musk has made several changes such as bringing back Vine and charging $8 a month for Twitter Verfied identity verification through Twitter Blue.
