Today's launch event saw the Huawei Mate50 series begin to be offered to users in Malaysia. There are two different variants available which include Mate50 and Mate50 Pro. For those interested, the sale price starts at RM3699 (8GB/256GB) for the Mate50, while the pro version is offered at RM4499 (8GB/256GB) and RM5299 (8GB/512GB).
The Huawei Mate50 uses a 6.7-inch OLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is then matched with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 4G chip, 8GB RAM memory, 256GB internal storage and NM card support up to 256GB. The battery is 4,460mAh that supports 66W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. Next, a 50MP (OIS) + 13MP + 13MP main camera and a 13MP selfie camera are also used on this device.
Huawei Mate50 series
The Huawei Mate50 Pro is equipped with a 6.74-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. A Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 4G chip with 8GB RAM memory, 512GB internal storage and NM card support up to 256GB is also used. The battery capacity is 4,700mAh with a 66W wired and 55W wireless charging system. The main camera is 50MP (OIS) + 13MP + 64MP and a 13MP selfie camera.
