Apple Expands At-Home Device Repair Program To Europe

Apple last year announced the Self Service Repair program that allows users of their manufactured devices to repair the device themselves at home. At the initial stage only users in the United States can buy spare parts and be loaned the tools needed to repair damaged devices. Now Self Service Repair is offered to users in Belgium, Italy, Germany, France, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

Apple will offer repair manuals online, in addition to offering repair equipment at the same price paid by registered engineers and technicians.

Over 200 original spare parts for the iPhone 12, iPhone 13 and MacBook series with Apple Silicon can be purchased through this program. Spare parts for other models are not yet offered at this time.
