Yesterday the merger of Celcom and Digi into a new company Celcom Digi was completed after going through various long processes since 2019. With this there are various questions from Celcom and Digi customers about what will happen after this considering that Celcom Digi is now Malaysia's largest telecommunications company with over 20 million customer.
First of all Celcom Digi's new logo has been shown using the same typeface from the original logo. The blue color is more dominant than the yellow that has been Digi's identity all this time. Celcom Digi also said that at this time no major changes will happen to customers.
There is no plan to increase the monthly subscription plan, application, payment, network and customer service center. For now, Celcom customers still need to go to the Blue Cube store to get customer assistance. Digi customers need to keep going to Digi Stores. Customers cannot go to different stores during this time.
Celcom Life and MyDigi applications will also continue to work as usual with the same services. Business customers can directly contact the same Celcom Business and Digi Business representatives for assistance.
Based on the FAQ page published today, changes are only being made to the new company logo and branding at this time.
