Astro is now seen to have ended their previously introduced sports channel, namely eGG Network HD on channel CH800.
The main reason behind the termination is unknown. Through the notice displayed by Astro, they say that users and sports fans can continue to enjoy sports content and international competitions through the channel Astro Arena (Ch801) and also Astro Arena 2 (Ch802).
Before this, Astro introduced the eGG (Every Good Game) Network sports channel in 2016. With this change, sports fans may have to look at some alternative platforms to stay abreast of various current developments related to the sports arena.
