Huawei is one of the technology companies that spends a lot of money on research and development. Most recently, through the filing of a patent, now Huawei is seen to have found a method to identify lung infections through the assessment of oxygen levels in the blood using SpO2 technology.
For this purpose, two devices are used, where the first device performs an evaluation and sends information to the second electronic device - where it then performs additional evaluations including based on audio information, as well as additional information collected from a user.
Among the data collected by these two devices are oxygen density in the blood, breathing rate, body temperature, pulse rate, and so on.
By identifying an infection or the risk of infection early, it will make it easier for the patient to recover earlier rather than getting worse.
For now, it's just a patent filing, and it's not yet known when a device with such support will hit the market.
