The theme park will open on February 6, 2023, but sources have informed that Atlantis VR will not be available on that date until further notice.
It doesn't matter if you're a fan of roller coasters, haunted houses or water theme parks, all of these provide fun for adults and children alike. Sharing more, a new water theme park under the management of Gamuda Land named SplashMania Waterpark will open on 6 February 2023.
Located in the township of Gamuda Cove, Banting, Selangor, this 18-acre water theme park provides up to 39 water slides. One of the main attractions is the water slide called Atlantis VR, which is equipped with virtual reality support (VR Waterslide) which is said to be the first to be introduced in Malaysia.
Details about it are limited at the moment, but it is described as being able to provide a real-world experience as visitors enjoy a 250m virtual journey through the Lost City of Atlantis. The official website also states that visitors should be over 120kg in height with a weight of no more than 120kg for 2 visitors. Then, the weight is not more than 280kg for a capacity of 4 people.
The sale price has also been shared which starts at RM63 for children 120cm tall and seniors aged 60 and over. Children under 90cm height will be exempted from payment. Furthermore, RM79 for adults who are also 120cm tall and above. This offer is however limited until March 31, 2023.
