The Galaxy S23 Series has been introduced and can already be ordered in various countries. Several foreign technology media have conducted reviews and here are their conclusions on the Galaxy S23 Ultra:

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is the best Android phone you can buy, and it also has a lot to do with being the best phone overall. The 200MP camera is simply stunning, and Samsung has really upped it when it comes to low light performance.
In some cases, the S23 Ultra produces better photos than the iPhone 14 Pro Max, although Apple wins other races. The iPhone also lags behind in terms of zoom power.
The S23 Ultra is also a very fast phone, thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip for the new Galaxy. This is the best phone for gaming we've ever tested. Plus, the battery life of over 13 hours is a serious improvement over the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
If you don't need the S Pen, the Galaxy S23 Plus could be even better. For less, you get a slightly smaller 6.6-inch display, the same powerful Snapdragon, the same bright screen, and the same 256GB of storage. But if you want a phone that can do everything and want to see what a 200MP camera can do, the Ultra is well worth the money.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra is an excellent choice if you want the best of the best. This phone has an amazing display, some of the fastest performance we've seen, a long battery life, powerful software with S Pen stylus integration, and a great set of camera features.
However, this is a giant phone and may not be suitable for users with smaller hands (or pockets). In addition, the price may also be out of reach financially.
The Galaxy S23 and S23+, offer many of the same features as Ultra in a smaller and cheaper body. But if you really want it all, the Galaxy S23 Ultra wins our Editors' Choice award.

There's a lot to the Galaxy S23 Ultra, but on the good side. The huge screen, 200 megapixel camera, 100x zoom, and S Pen is probably more than most people need in a cell phone. But that's exactly what Samsung was aiming for and it ultimately repeats a formula that has worked in the past.
This is a phone for people who are actively looking for features like a large screen and versatile camera and are willing to pay a premium. If you just want a reliable new Android phone with a great camera, the cheaper Pixel 7 Pro, Galaxy S23, or Galaxy S23 Plus is likely good too.
But in the Galaxy S23 Ultra you also get certain extras like the S Pen, more storage in the base variant, slightly bigger screen and a better zoom lens. It's not a must-have for everyone, but it's a HP for anyone who wants an add-on like this.
The new Galaxy S23 Ultra camera is the most significant change compared to the S22 Ultra. In our experience, the behind-the-scenes improvements Samsung has made to the way the camera captures colors, skin tones, and dynamic range are more welcome improvements than a sharpness boost alone.
