After the success of several previous hackathons, JomHack will continue efforts to develop the country's startup ecosystem. This time Hackathon ImpactHack 2023 was launched with the aim of multiplying business digitization efforts, while also opening a more positive space among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia.
It is open to any individual whether working or studying through the joint organization of Standard Chartered, MDEC, MyStartup, Cradle and Microsoft. Applications made must consist of 3-5 team members including at least one coder. It's even more interesting when the competitors of this event offer a total prize worth more than RM100,000 including a special award for the best entry.
Any selected participant will be guided with care starting from the idea stage, then trained by an expert mentor to highlight interesting projects to attract investors. The project needs to be completed continuously within two days which will take place from 16 to 18 June 2023 virtually.
