In the last week, we have seen one of the states in the United States ban the operation of TikTok effective January 2024. Now, as an extension of it, TikTok filed a lawsuit back on the order, and wants to try to have the ban on the application retracted.
TikTok filed the same, saying it violated several US constitutions. In fact, TikTok also said this move hinders the freedom of expression that is often associated with the United States.
At the same time, TikTok also said Montana did not provide any evidence against accusations that China had access to TikTok user data.
