Google Play Credits Cannot Be Used For Purchases At This Time

Google Play is the main app store for the majority of Android devices in the market. Many are offered for free and some require purchase. To make a purchase, users can buy credit at stores like 7E, top up directly using a credit card, Touch n' Go and more.

Recently, many Android users are reporting that their Google Play credits cannot be used to make any purchases. When you want to make a purchase, the Play Store issues a payment failure notification.

This matter was also affected in Malaysia where our colleague failed to make an in-app purchase a few days ago. In our review, many people reported the same thing on the Google help page.

For now, there is still no official solution. If this issue affects you, please pay with another method for a while.
