After being found listed through SIRIM, the presence of the iQOO 12 has now been officially announced in Malaysia. IQOO says it could be the first flagship smartphone in Malaysia to use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip while hinting that its launch could be held soon. For now IQOO is still puzzled about the launch date and official availability in Malaysia but it is expected to be revealed in the near future.
Apart from the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, other prominent features also loaded on the device include a 144Hz refresh rate screen and a main camera with a 1/1.3 size sensor. Not only that, but the battery on the device also supports a 120W fast charging system, in addition to passing the IP68 waterproof rating for additional protection.
