Honor Pad 9 Officially Launched With Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 Chip

 


Honor officially announced the new Pad 9 tablet in China. It is a mid-range tablet that can be used as an alternative for daily work use. Share more this tablet has a display option with a matte filter aimed at reducing the problem of glare. It also passes TÃœV Rheinland certification for low blue light and flicker-free illumination.



The screen is a 12.1″ IPS LCD with a resolution of 2.5K (2560 x 1600 pixels) and a peak brightness of 500nits. The mainstay combines the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip, 8GB RAM memory and 128GB internal storage. Not only that, the 8300mAh battery is also loaded with 35W charging support, while the camera consists of 13MP main and 8MP for selfies.



The experience of writing and drawing is also more fun with Stylus support, in addition to voice support for text and built-in templates for drawing. Other specifications include eight speakers, two microphones, bluetooth 5.1 support and running MagicOS 7.2 (based on Android 13).



The sales price in China starts at RMB1599 (~RM1,036) for the regular Pad 9 version and then increases to RMB1899 (~RM1,230) for the Honor Pad 9 Soft Light Edition.
