Firefox Can Now Tell Websites Not to Sell User Data

User data is very important to protect so that it is not spread or sold which is usually used for advertising, spam, and even fraud. The Firefox web browser is one of the most serious in protecting user data. Recently, their Android application has been updated with the Global Privacy Control feature.

This feature can tell any website not to share or sell user data. Global Privacy Control is enabled by default if using private browsing mode and can be enabled at any time for normal mode. Not only that, Mozilla also added the ability to make Firefox the default PDF reader for users' Android devices. This feature is already built into Firefox for Android version 122.0 which can be downloaded from the Play Store.
