Only One Model of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Will Use the Exynos Chip

The launch of the Samsung Galaxy S24 series will take place next year. With the date getting closer more and more information about this device is starting to leak onto the web arena. Today the full specifications for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 have finally been leaked providing good news for those who are less fond of Exynos chips.

According to the graphic above, only the Galaxy S24 will use the Exynos 2400 chip in the global market. Only America and Canada Galaxy S24 will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and Galaxy S24+ will use Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip for Galaxy. There is no information on what differentiates this chip but it is most likely just the CPU and GPU speed only like on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy this year.

It can also be confirmed that this year's device charging is still only up to 45W and on the 128GB Galaxy S24 model, the memory used is UFS 3.1 and not UFS 4.0 as in other models.

It is quite strange that this is done because at this time there is a supply dump causing the price of RAM and storage to be low. Offering a small size of RAM and storage when Samsung manufactures it itself is a very unwise move. Their competitors already offer devices with 1TB of storage and up to 24GB of RAM on their flagship models.
