This week, the Minister of Communications has announced that there will be no additional charges for accessing 5G networks by telecommunications companies. Following on from that, MCMC is now sharing more and supporting the effort.
The Communications and Multimedia Commission announced that they will ensure that every telecommunications service provider complies with the commitments that have been stated by the minister.
In parallel, if there are any additional 5G access charges imposed by telecommunications companies, users are requested to channel complaints regarding them through the MCMC User Portal.
