In conjunction with CES 2024, Google has confirmed that Nearby Share is now Quick Share and Fast Pair support is now on Google TV. In the same announcement, Google also announced something related to Chromecast.
TikTok users can now stream content from the app on the phone to a bigger screen with Chromecast. This means, any of the 220 million Android TV/Google TV devices and televisions can use it.
Not only that, Google also announced that Chromecast is now integrated into the LG Hospitality and LG Healthcare ecosystems so that users can easily broadcast content on their phones with Chromecast on LG televisions in hotels and hospitals.
