Google Meet Sessions On Smartphones Are Easier With "Companion Mode"

We are sure that many of our readers have had to participate in a teleconference session when they were not in the office. The application interface is a little difficult to access because it is too small. Today Google Meet introduced the "Companion Mode" feature that makes it easier for users to participate in teleconference sessions on smartphones.

In Companion Mode the feature of raising hands to ask questions, giving emoji reactions, activating real-time subtitles, viewing content presented by participants and conducting text conversations with other participants has been simplified. Larger and clearer buttons will be accessible in this mode.

To use Companion Mode, press the "Use companion mode" button before entering a teleconference room. Companion Mode can now be used on the Google Meet app for Android and iOS.
