Lenovo Yoga Laptop Series Updated With Intel Meteor Lake Chips And AI Features

At the end of last year, Intel introduced their first processing chip that came with the ability to process AI tasks built-in through Meteor Lake. The company says that this year, hundreds of laptop models will finally be powered by deep AI processing capabilities.

At the Lenovo Innovate ’24 event, Lenovo has shown a large number of updates to their Lenovo Yoga series of laptops, all of which models that will be launched in 2024 will use Intel's 14th generation Meteor Lake processing chips.

At the event, Lenovo showed the Lenovo Yoga Pro, Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1 and Lenovo Yoga Book 9i models that will come with the processing chip, which will come with a number of improvements in terms of processing power, battery life and also the ability to process AI tasks.

In the meantime, Lenovo also said that all Lenovo Yoga laptops will arrive with Lenovo PureSight Pro and Lenovo PureSight OLED screen displays that promise a resolution as high as 244 pixels per inch of display and a refresh rate as high as 165Hz. Both of these displays are also seen to be able to process 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut as well as sRGB and have Delta E<1 for more accurate color processing.

All Lenovo Yoga offerings are also seen to come with speakers developed by Bowers & Wilkins that promise Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos support for a more cinematic viewing experience no matter where you are. For some models such as the Lenovo Yoga Book and the Lenovo Yoga 2-in-1, the speakers on these laptops can also be rotated to ensure an even listening experience no matter how you use the laptop.

In terms of artificial intelligence, Lenovo Yoga laptops will also come with Lenovo AI Engine+ and Lenovo X Power chips that will help in improving the ability to process AI tasks and other things such as battery life and also the ability to improve the BIOS software independently.

Every purchase of a Lenovo Yoga laptop launched in 2024 will also come with a free two-month Adobe Creative Cloud subscription.

So far Lenovo has not announced when they will introduce these Lenovo Yoga laptops, but promises that they will arrive in certain markets soon.
