Sora is an offering under OpenAI that enables video generation based on artificial intelligence. Through some of the results that have been shown, it shows very neat and beautiful video results – much better than a number of other video generators.
OpenAI does not currently state what the training resources for Sora are, in addition to when Sora will be offered to the public.
However, according to the latest reports, OpenAI is said to have started showing Sora to several studios in Hollywood, with the intention of them using this video generation feature in the production of their respective films.
It is not yet known how receptive the studios are to the use of artificial intelligence in the production of films or content. Previously, a number of writers and actors have protested due to the use of technology in the production of scripts and so on - bringing a big impact to the film industry in the United States.
