Leading messaging service, Telegram now says it raised $330 million in funding last week, through a bond sale. Telegram's CEO stated that the demand for Telegram's bonds was high, and it was subscribed higher than the target.
Through this bond sale, it simultaneously allows Telegram to continue their position as a private messaging company, and continue operations as usual.
Previously, Telegram was ready to state that they have 900 million users, and aim to reach the level of profitability in about a year.
