Lately, various tech companies have looked to various content providers in an effort to train their respective artificial intelligence models. This in turn led to various photo and video sharing service providers starting to license their content to others.
According to a Reuters report, it is said that Meta, Google, Apple and even Amazon are ready to cooperate with Shutterstock and license millions of images on the platform for the purpose of training the artificial intelligence developed by each.
In addition to images and pictures, this license is also said to cover the licensing of music and video files.
Previously, Shutterstock was ready to announce a collaboration with OpenAI to license their content in training OpenAI artificial intelligence models.
