Apple has now updated the terms and conditions for the App Store, at the same time bringing one of the changes that many may be looking forward to - namely the ability to publish game-like applications on the App Store.
With this move, we may see a number of game consoles – mainly retro games published on the App Store, and aimed at iPhone and iPad users.
However, Apple also emphasized that publishers must comply with the rules in distributing game demos – at the same time giving a sign that application developers must have the appropriate rights before offering them to others.
