Grab Will Use OpenAI Technology – Including For Customer Service Chatbots

Grab today announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI, where both parties will jointly develop and offer solutions based on artificial intelligence to Grab's customers, users, and employees.

As an initial step, OpenAI will offer ChatGPT Enterprise services to all Grab employees worldwide. In addition, among the things that will be integrated is the use of OpenAI technology to help those with vision and hearing problems - especially elderly users.

Grab will also use OpenAI technology to develop a customer service chatbot to find out and solve user problems faster. In addition, Grab also stated that it will use OpenAI's expertise in the Grab Maps mapping effort.
