During last night's Google I/O event, AI Overviews were introduced to Google Search to display artificial intelligence-generated answers at the top of the search page, followed by various links to the web at the bottom. One of the features that also uses this new AI feature is Ask with video.
Ask with video allows users to use Google Lens and ask Google by recording a video. The demonstration shown is a record player with a damaged cartridge needle. After the video is recorded, AI Overviews will issue a response along with a link to a website for more information.
According to Google this feature will be rolling out to all users in stages over the coming weeks. Do you love this feature or prefer Circle to Search?
