Meta updated the Instagram Live feature which can now be limited to those included in the Close Friends list only. Through this feature, all Close Friends can join Instagram Live sessions which are now more private.
According to Instagram, this feature is ideal for discussion sessions or just allowing access to a group of paying followers for a smaller group teleconference session. In addition to this, Instagram also introduced support for placing audio on photos and videos that are uploaded once through the Carousel feature. Previously only pictures could use this feature.
On Reel, users can place animated lyrics at the same time as the song used as background music. All these features are available now.
