Both new products Honor Magic V3 and MagicPad 2 can now be officially purchased in Malaysia. The selling price is RM6,999 (12/512GB) for the Magic V3 foldable screen phone with color options such as Mossy Green, Silk Brown and Classic Black. Meanwhile, the Magic Pad2 tablet is priced at RM2,799 with additional accessories such as keyboard and stylus provided for free. Availability is through authorized Honor distributors throughout Malaysia, either locally or offline.
Honor Magic V3 still maintains a lightweight and lightweight body with a better hinge construction. It also comes with an IPX8 waterproof feature which is used as additional protection. A tri-camera system with Harcourt technology is also used with a 50MP main + 50MP periscope telephoto + 40MP ultra-wide/macro setup. Then followed by a vertical secondary screen on the outside as large as 6.43-inch OLED with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
When opened it offers a 7.92-inch LTPO OLED main screen with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate. The secondary screen is 6.43″ which is also a 120Hz LTPO OLED. Powering the device is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip with a combination of 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. This is combined with a 5,150mAh battery with 66W fast charging via USB-C port. MagicOS 8.0.1 software based on Android 14 is used with built-in AI smart features such as AI Magic Portal – Search To do More, AI Face-to face Translation and AI Eraser.
Honor MagicPad 2 is a tablet with a 12.3″ screen with 3.1K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip is used as the mainstay with a memory option of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Honor completes this tablet with the latest software MagicOS 8.0 (Android 14) which includes built-in AI features such as AI Noise Cancelling, AI Voice To Text, AI Handwriting Beautification and AI Formulation Recognition. In addition to having a 10,050mAh battery, eight speakers (IMAX Audio), a 13MP main camera and a 9MP selfie camera.
