Maybank has informed its users that DuitNow Transfer and DuitNow QR services are temporarily unavailable through the MAE app. Alternatively, users are requested to use the IBG transfer service for money transfer purposes.
In addition to outgoing transfers, Maybank also said that DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer payments from other banks to Maybank accounts are also temporarily unavailable.
Maybank is working to restore these services as soon as possible.
