Honor AiMAGE features have recently been updated with more powerful editing capabilities such as AI Outpainting, AI Eraser and AI Upscale. At the Google Cloud Next event, Honor confirmed that this latest feature was developed in collaboration with Google Cloud.
The Google Imagen model is used to generate images outside the original space of the image in the AI Outpainting feature. Users can enlarge the image by filling the void with images generated by artificial intelligence (AI). There is an AI Erase feature that erases elements in the image better.
AI Upscale also increases the original resolution of the image with the help of AI. At Google Cloud Next, Google showed off several new features that are now supported on Android devices from several manufacturers. Each manufacturer now has its own AI feature in the hope that it can attract people to buy their devices.
