Spotify Now Has Over 678 Million Monthly Active Users

Spotify has now announced an update on their company, saying that the music streaming service now has over 678 million monthly active users. The last time, in February, Spotify said they had 675 million monthly active users. This update shows an increase of 3 million monthly active users.

In terms of paid subscribers, Spotify has 268 million.

In parallel, Spotify shared several developments that have been made so far, including one of which is adding support for audiobooks through a collaboration with ElevenLabs, allowing the use of AI to produce audiobooks in 29 different languages.

Moving forward, Spotify is also seen placing more emphasis on content creators, in adding more content such as podcasts and others.
