AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT Officially Launched

The AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT GPU has been officially launched at Computex Taiwan. It is a GPU that competes directly with the NVIDIA RXT 5060 GPU in the more affordable graphics card segment. So it is not surprising that AMD is following NVIDIA's lead by offering 8GB and 16GB of memory options. The 8GB memory offering is disappointing because it is seen as too small for modern video games while memory prices are now getting cheaper.

The RX 9060 XT is equipped with 32 RDNA 4 CU cores, 32 RT cores and 64 AI cores. The card supports PCIe 5.0 X16 connectivity while the output is HDMI 2.1b and DisplayPort 2.1a. AMD says the RX 9060 XT performance is higher than the RTX 5060 Ti at 1440p resolution.

The graphics card will go on sale starting June 5th with the 8GB version priced at $299 (~RM1277) while the 16GB version is priced at $349 (~RM1490).
