Google Try It On Allows Clothes to Be “Worn” Before Buying Online

Since the pandemic, I have been more comfortable buying various products online. Powerbanks, chargers, baby crackers, cat food, frames and beauty products have been purchased without any issues. But buying clothes is still filled with various challenges because what is beautiful on a model’s body is not the same on my body that looks like a Bos gaurus.

At Google I/O this morning, Google launched a new Try It On feature that allows clothes to be worn on the body with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). This feature can be tested through Search Labs today and users only need to upload a full-body photo in a bright space.

When you find a piece of clothing you want to try on on Google Search, press the Try In On button to have it worn on your uploaded photo. This feature is still in the testing phase and is not yet accessible to Search Labs users in Malaysia at this time.
