Honor 400 and 400 Pro Launched in Malaysia – Prices Starting at RM1899





The Honor 400 and 400 Pro have been launched in Malaysia today with both once again focusing on photography capabilities. Let’s start with the Honor 400 Pro which is the more powerful device of the two models launched.


The Honor 400 Pro comes with a 6.7 AMOLED 120Hz screen, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, paired with 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage and a 6000 mAh battery. The battery can be recharged 100W wired and 50W wirelessly using the Honor SuperCharge system.


The main camera consists of a 200MP Super Sensing wide-angle lens with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP telephoto also with OIS. Meanwhile, on the front there is a 50MP selfie camera. The body of the device passes the IP69 waterproof and dustproof standards and the SGS 5-Star Premium Performance shock resistance capability.


The Honor 400 comes with a 6.55 AMOLED 120Hz screen, powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip, paired with 12GB RAM, up to 512GB storage and a 6000 mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging only using the Honor SuperCharge system.


The main camera consists of a 200MP Super Sensing wide-angle lens with OIS, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens without a periscope zoom system. On the front there is a 50MP selfie camera. The body of the device passes the IP66 waterproof and dustproof standards and the SGS 5-Star shock resistance capability.


Both come with Harcourt Portrait portrait camera software, film-like simulation, AI Portrait Snap and various other AI features such as AI Image to Video, AI Outpainting, AI Eraser, AI Cutout

AI Remove Reflection and Moving Photo Collage. This Image to Video feature is perhaps the most unique in the market because still images can be moved like videos and it is powered by Google Gemini.


Not to be missed are the AI ​​features that help with writing, Magic Portal, Deepfake detection, language translation, document summarization, Google Gemini and Google Circle to Search. The operating system used is MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15. Other additional features included are NFC support, infrared emitter, stereo speakers and eSIM.
