The concept of micro-travel or short vacations is a great way for any individual to take some time off to relax in nearby destinations without committing too much time and money.
Leading travel platform Agoda recently released a list of the most popular micro-travel locations in Asia. Interestingly, two Malaysian cities were listed; namely Kuala Lumpur and Penang which are popular locations for short vacations based on room bookings for one night on the platform.
Kuala Lumpur occupies the first place on the chart, while Penang is in ninth position. Both locations are seen to come with various locations that can be visited in a short time, and another main attraction is the offer of various foods that can be enjoyed by anyone when they are in these cities.
